HELP me RECOVER, Help me raise Fund for my Medication

Good day my dearest fellow countrymen & friends throughout the world, I am here knocking to your kind hearts asking for financial Help to raise fund for my further Lung Laboratory exams & Medication in Lung Center of the Philippines. It's been more than a year already since my last visit & Check-up in LCP Hospital, due to lack of money to go through on the next Laboratory examinations. Been PENDING so long :( It's been years of pain physically & emotionally already, caused by PNEUMONIA way back High School, I can't earn enough money because my body gets tired easily & suffers chest & back pains.

I don't want to die early, I STILL HAVE SO MANY GOALS IN LIFE- for my family & love ones, countrymen & myself. I want to live longer w/O this medical problem. So please help me on my recovery & lessen body pain sufferings.

PS. I DON'T SMOKE or have used any kind of cigarette. My Lung Problem is caused by Pneumonia way back 2008.
