Campaign Story
You can't move forward by going backwards, right? What if you didn't know you were doing it? I'm writing a novel in which the protagonist has virtually no short term memory. The only things she knows for sure are that she has a house mate named Bubby, and that she was supposed to do something really, really important. Her increasingly terrifying journey of discovery will lead her from one mystifying task to the next, and you will follow her story in the same way it is revealed to her - from the end to the beginning...quite literally.
