Help me pay out my loan from loansharks

My dad had angioplasty in 2017 and that is the reason why he lost his job. It's really hard for us because my mom.is a housewife. We needed to pool a lot of money that is why I had to take out loans from banks and loansharks. They don't know this because I didn't wanna burden them. It was sudden. Meds are also expensive. I am earning less than 20 bucks a day and I am paying for everything- meds, food, rent. Everything. I've already almost paid everything off except for the amount i'm asking. Please help me.
