Help me! Goiter operation!

Hi. I'm Beema and I'm 28. I have hemorrhoids, hypokalemia, and goiter. I just need your help for my goiter since it's been affecting my life and. Especially my work. Going up the stair is always a struggle. Walking for 10 minutes is a struggle. All that are simple for most people, but since I have hypokalemia, it's always hard for me, I'm fine with painful walking, however, my goiter been constricting my air way so I always catching my breath like I run a mile, I feel like I'll always faint with the combination of the 2. I wish you can help me because my card from work won't cover my operation. I live with my parents, they're both retiree and my dad is the only one who have monthly pension. 2k. Barely enough. So my salary is just enough for the 3 of us. Bills, food, and oghe expenses, my salary is just enough. Please help me 🙏🏿😔 God bless you.
