Help me going to University

I am 18 years old. I am from Spain, from a town in the North. I have just finished High School and in September I am going to start University in Barcelona. I am going to study Telecomunications engineer, what I always wanted to study. 

Due to the huge economical crisis in Spain my family and me we are having bad times. My mother used to be a housewife and my father used to work as construction worker. Since 3 years he has no job and we are living from my neighbors and my grandparents financial help (not too much). 

I always wanted to study in the university, but I guess I am going to have several financial problems. I have already asked for financial help to the Spanish Education department, but they also cut down the Budget for grants. I am just going to get a paid enrollement fee in the university. I mean, I do not have to pay for going to university, but I am not going to have enough money to survive in my daily life. I really would like to find a part-time job in Barcelona, but the situation right now is not ok to find a job. 

I am asking for 4.500 Euro (arround 6.000 USD) because that is the money I expect I am going to need for 9 months (one year university). I just want to have a modest life. I know I am going to have the same problema for the coming years, as my degree will last 5 years. But, I hope I will be able to find a solution. 

Right now I feel desperate, because September is just coming and I feel I will not be able to study. 

For me is it not easy to write asking for funds, but I thought I needed to do it as my last chance. I do not want to be 35 years old and thinking why did not I ask for charity to make my dream come true.
