Help Me Go To Highschool

Hello, I'm Gelek. I am 13 years old and I'm from Bhutan, a small country in the Himalayas.

At the beginning of this year I applied to 4 boarding schools in the US.

I was delighted when the prestigious Colorado Rocky Mountain School gave me admission and a financial aid offer of $54,000.

This is an extremely generous offer, however, to pay for tuition and boarding fees there is still $10,000.00 missing.

There are several reasons why I am determined to spend my high school years at CRMS.

Having studied in Cambridge, MA, for one year in 2017, I appreciated the open education system and the focus on critical thinking skills.

CRMS outstanding profile which connects academics, outdoor adventure, service and the arts resonates tremendously with my interests.

However, I don't want to burden my family since my father is currently continuing his education, my elder sister is in college and my mother is the only one earning. I would be extremely appreciative of any amount that is given.
