help me give my parents their own house

an ordinary sallary man from philippines dreaming of giving my parents their own home ive been working and selling all kind's of stuff just to save money in hoping of someday i can repay my parents hard work in raising me and my siblings,

i know it's hard to just give your hard earn money to someone you dont really know.
