Help me get rid of my Gynecomastia:(

Hi my name is Marc Anthony I. Martinez and I have a Gynecomastia. When I was young I use to be very fat with large breast until I reach 15 and I notice that my breast was saggy and big. Also I am already skinny that time. So I tried doing some excercise even tried gym, but no changes at all and it made me depressed. People will laugh at you when they notice you have big boobs even if your skinny and its embarassing. I can't even wear fitted shirts because it looks like female breast. I'm already 27 and still wearing big tshirts. Hope thats someone will help me. People thinks that I took medicine for my breast and they think I am gay because of it and it hurts. Please help me get rid of this.
