Help me get out of this predicament

I have made the biggest mistake in my life and I need help in getting my feet back on track. I have to be honest that I am currently in a financial condition where I am not earning enough to cover all the expenses that I have.

Also the fact that been ignorant to my credit card bills and it's now accumulated over the years with a lot of interest dues. With my situation now, I am unable to clear it hence it makes it very difficult for me to get other financial supports.

I really need help desperately. I am also not asking much but just enough for me to clear off the credit card outstanding and I promise I will not repeat the same mistakes again. I would go to loan from some loan shark company, but we all know that they may not be as friendly and I don't want anything bad to happen to any of my family member.

So, I am here to ask for your kindness to help me get through this just once. I will keep my promise to you kind people. This will not happen ever again.
