Help me get into Film School

My name is Subhojoy. A mysterious name for a boy from a mysterious country- India. You can call me Titu. I am going to be 18 this May. I have spent my entire life in an uncomfortably small house in Pune. Since childhood I've been mesmerized by storytelling, both reading novels and watching films. At the age of 12 I started writing short stories. I write fiction. At 14 I attempted to write a romance novel but lost interest halfway. I realized that I wanted to turn my stories to films. My passion flared- I wrote scripts for short (10-15 min) narrative films which I directed using an average Sony Cybershot camera I got on my birthday. Indian cinema is too dramatic for me. I can't relate to it. I was influenced by Hollywood movies. I began idolizing Steven Spielberg since I saw ET. I am en eclectic but I love sci-fi most. Not to brag but I am very talented and have written a few scripts for movies that I hope to direct and they seem like hits.  Since 9th grade I began imagining myself as a Hollywood director. My dream is to become an auteur to be precise. Currently I am working on a 10 min film for admission into NYU or CalArts. The photo I have uploaded is a snapshot of it. To achieve my dream to get into Hollywood I need to get into a reputed Film School. I am confident about getting admission. What upsets me is that the scholarships for international students is rare and limited and the tuition rates are exorbitant. That's not the only hurdle- International students do not get federal aid or other grants too, only scholarships. My dad was hoping to get an abroad student loan from my a private bank but they told him outright that the course that I wanted to pursue was not in the list. I cried then. I have given almost half my life to study film and understand the techniques of filming and writing stories. It has become a vocation. I have so many ideas I want to show the world. I come from a poor Indian family, which by American standards means I am practically a tramp.
