HELP ME GET BACK TO NORMAL

Im Alson Young living in Bulacan.Im independent and live alone.Single and I work as a food stall attendant. I got hospitalized last June 4 to June 15 because I lost my breathing. Theres no clear findings about my condition aside from pneumonia and they said I have water in lungs. Theres a lot of lab test I need to undergo but still I dont have those tests to know my real condition and I have medication but I dont have the medicines because I dont have the money. Right now Im not yet feeling well and worrying until now that I might have to bring to the hospital again because of lost of breathing. Im asking financial help to everyone for my medication and lab tests that I need and also I might have to undergo to remove the water from my lungs if it is more than 500ml but until now I didnt know. Please help me so I can get back to my feet so I can go to work again so I can pay my bills and live a normal life. Thank you in advance.
