Help me get a computer for my architecture practice

Hi, I need help in upgrading my computer to improve my architectural visualization.

I am looking to upgrade my computer so that I can work with resource intensive software like Unreal or Unity and produce photo-realistic renders for my architectural presentations.
I currently have a decent laptop that is still working fine, except for the battery issue which keeps me tether to an outlet, other than that, it functions fine for architectural drafting and simple renders.
I am always working non-stop (12-16hrs a day) doing drafting jobs and it will be nice if I can upgrade the soonest possible time because my laptop is lagging so much.
The support I will get with the new desktop will help me cut down the time I spent working so I can have some free time for my wife and two kids. If successful, I will be able to start my firm and hire someone to be at my side assisting me because remote workers is not currently working for me.
I will be very grateful to any support I can get whether you fund me or ask for my services just to reach my goal and the support will definitely make my family happy because I will have some time for them.
