Help me fund my 2nd Kidney Transplant

Second Kidney Transplant.

Help me fund my second kidney transplant. It is physically, mentally, emotonally, and my parents are old to help my weekly dialysis. I want to ease their burden and i want to be free to this kind of illness. This is my second cos my first kidney transplant failed, it lasted for 15 years. I hope you can get me out of here, it's not so good living with a disease like this.
