Help me finish my university

My name is Filippos and i am 21 years old .I start the university with few money , with the hope of taking a loan from the bank. But the bank refuse to give us any money so it is so difficult for me to pay the whole amount of money .PLEASE help me in order to pay at least for this year .I m already thankful though for giving me the hope of getting some money .
