Help me cure my stomach cancer

When i was born i was born with asthma problem and i had trouble to breath i have treated it but it came back. And a few years ago from a streptococcus bacteria i have developed rheumatism and i should have checked it but i didnt have the money to do that. After 4 years ago my stomach kept hurting and i didn’t knew why. I thought it’s maybe because of my stress but that wasn’t true. A few months ago i went to the doctors and they found a liquid in my abdomen and they said i need to get a surgery. I tried being positive but my stomach hurts even and even more than before after every meal i eat. I guess i have no choice left but to get the surgery. And the surgery is quite expensive. I don’t have the privilege to pay it because i live in a poor country where monthly my dad is only paid 240euro and they also have bills to pay. And my mom can’t work because she is handicapped from birth. I can’t work because of my health and i wish to do my surgery and recover. All this caused another trouble to me which is kidney stones. I am fighting with so many health issues and i am trying to get help
