Help me buy my meds and pay my medical bills!

Hi, I'm Chris, 31. I'm a Greek citizen with Crohn's disease and Sclerosing Cholangitis, unemployed for nearly 3 years as of now. I've been going through a harrowing 5 months, fighting a sudden liver deterioration, jaundice. There's no break though. Months of extra meds, bloodwork and visits to my doctors, whilst trying to keep my mom and I afloat, have run me dry of my savings. The pandemic brought me to my knees. Nothing has come out from job hunting. There are specific needs that I have to take care of, daily, things I must inform any potential employers of. Yet, I face the exact same treatment everywhere, getting turned down and being told to stay home so that someone who's more able can work. I put myself through college in 2018 and have a diploma in translation. I've been talking, through the internet, with people from other countries who live more safe lives, they have jobs, their families are whole, they face less discrimination, with access to more consistent health departments, understanding and having the same interests and thinking that I do. I have to try and get that. I don't want to grow old and die having been able to only work as a waiter every 2-3 years or unemployed and alone. There has to be more than this. I want to try my luck working abroad, my friend Peter managed to move from Greece and settle in Sweden, see if I can grasp my destiny, get the (long distance for now!) sweetheart of my dreams from Dublin and see if I can manage a life in Ireland. Help me get enough to have a passport made, make it through December and January, pay for my expenses to travel and for my first month of rent, meds, food & bills while I try to get a job going and have a life. I want to volunteer again, have a family and sort myself out so I can then uplift others.
