Help me build a PC for Multitasking/Programming

Hi! I am Jerson Ray Gonzales 17 years old. I hope you can help me raise money for my computer for editing/streaming/coding. I'm using an old pc that contains i5 750 (1st gen), GTX 550Ti 1gb DDR5, 10gb ram, I've been using it since 2010. I'm also having trouble even encoding like microsoft word/excel is fooling around . I would like to ask my parents to buy a new one, but we don't have enough money to raise much for the computer. What I earn here is in addition to buying a PC for my studies. I also need it because I'm about to go to college and the course I'm going to take is Information Technology, which requires a sufficient computer for coding.

I promise that the money I earn here I will buy a computer for my studies and also so that I can help my parents financially by becoming a freelance video editor.
