Help me build a PC

Hello everyone! The name's William but please callme Bill or Billy. First of all thank you for clicking on this. I'm colombian and currently i'm studying thanks to a kind of scholarship from the government. Audiovisual and Multimedia Comunication is the name of my career, and i'm focusing on Cinema and Tv creation, like the writing process to the filming and editing ones. So many times i've been in charge of audio and video editing and it takes a bit on my laptop. With your help, i would be able to build a high-end PC or Mac suited for high quality video and audio editing in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After FX, Audition, Final Cut Pro and Motion (if i decide to go for Mac) and maybe I could go for Avid Media Composer and buy the perpetual license. All of this, and be able to play videogames in my free time, since I love gaming and it's my dream to be able to take advantage of High-End Pc Graphics.
