Help me build a computer to star my work at home

I am currently working in an organization where i am paid around 10000INR P.M. . For around 9 hrs of work. As i am a company secretary aspirant i dont get much time to study because of the rigid timings.as my exams are coming over i need to focus more on the studies so i wanted to start my work online but my laptop which i had with me is busted i tried to fix it but was of no use as the motherboard was shorted out, with my current pay i cannot build a pc on my own as monthly expenses hog up most of my earnings and what remains is not enough to save any sum. So if anyone can please help me with building my pc i would really be helpful. Thanks a lot
