Help me bring back the normal function of my Heart

I am 37 years old, and a single mother of 4 children. I started to undergo medication in 2018 because I was diagnosed with Severe Fatty Liver, Hypertension I, and Diabetic Mellitus II. Last June 2023, I felt something on my chest, I thought I was choking or something. Then I felt my skin was on fire and I had shortness of breath. I decided to visit a Doctor because I can't breathe when I walk for about three steps only. In my Xray, it was shown that there was an enlargement in my heart. I took ECG and still in normal sinus. My Doctor requested a 2D Echo to see what was happening with my heart. When the result came out, we found out that my heart function was only 42%. My Doctor prescribed another medication for my heart. (added to my maintenance) And they were very expensive. I took the medication completely because we wanted to know if it would help my heart to function normally. But it wasn't. Dr. R. Santos requested me to undergo an Angiogram so we could locate the blockages in my heart but it was too expensive. My friend helped me to process a Guarantee Letter from the Senator and Congressman that I can use for Special Procedures (Angiogram), Laboratories, and Medicines. But I can only use it in the Philippine Heart Center. I had checked up with Dr. Domingo (from PHC) and she requested a Special Procedure called MPI Resting Thallium. She told me that we might find the blockage in my heart with that procedure and no longer needed the Angiogram. Scheduling of Angiogram in PHC will take time. After two days, I got the result and showed it to Dr. R. Santos, It only showed the part of my heart that had slow movement and it didn't show the blockages. It also shows that from 42% heart function it was down to 32% despite taking medication. I was moved and cried. My advise me to undergo Angiogram as soon as possible.
