Help me achieve financial freedom

I am 21 years old and I do live a happy life, the only thing missing in my life is money. I graduated as an IT & Computer Technician at High School and it is hard to get a job with a high school diploma in my country, and even if I do find a job I can earn no more than 250 $ per month which is so low. I want to achieve financial freedom by doing online jobs, I am good at English language, I know a lot about computers and I want to start Dropshipping, affiliate marketing, blogging or some other way to earn money online. I am familiar with all the ways to earn online but I need money to invest and I also need a new computer cause the one I currently have is working for 1 hour then shuts down because it's old(2007 to be precise)temperature is building very fast. I recently moved and I live with my girlfriend in an apartment and my monthly bills are around 200$, I am unemployed.3000$ would be enough for me to buy a new PC, pay my bills for this month and have enough to invest in myself and my business so I can finally achieve financial freedom.
