Help Me

I've been suffering with depression for the past few years and don't seem to be able to get rid of it. I've been off work for most of 2013, but i need to make some drastic changes to get myself back on track before i do something silly. I can't keep pushing the problem up the road. I want to put myself into a hospital to get help, but i cannot afford this alone. If anyone out there could help me i'd be eternally greatful.
