Help Maico Heal Medical Fund

Hello everyone, my name is Kevin, and Maico is my business partner as well as in life.

In the past few months he was working hard to be an online streamer, meeting great new people and enriching the moments and few hours we had of tired souls against this pandemic season. Creating games and providing as much for the community, we try to bring as much joy to other as much as we had with us. There were a lot of late night talks about how we could bring more to the table, to find more ways to do giveaways, to bring happiness to as much as we could reach out for. He had big dreams, not to get rich, but to give people an escape, and not just an escape but a family to look forward to.

Unfortunately, this dream had come into a halt.

Since July 25, 2020, he was consistently down with a headache and fever. He would only wake up a few minutes to update me just to go down and fall asleep again due to fatigue and pain. It's been a week today (August 1, 2020) that he's been consistently reaching 40 degrees Celsius in body temperature and couldn't get up long enough to feel recovering.

Today August 1, 2020, he went to the hospital to go get checked and the doctor found out that through a stethoscope hearing that Maico has too much phlegm in his lungs already, and was asked to be confined. He now has a tube in his nose as you can see from the photo and the cost of the treatment as per the doctor would be $400/day.

He's going to be tested for the COVID-19 virus on Monday which I'm not sure if it's the result or just the test yet, but I sure hope the result is not the worst.

I miss him, the way he chuckles on his mistakes and humor, as well as his laugh which is infectious to the room. He has so much patience for mistakes, mercy for the wrong and hopes to bring warmth in wherever he can reach to.

I promise you that I try as much to keep our matters to ourselves but this cost is more than what we can handle at this time.

I'm knocking on your hearts that if you have funds to spare to help him relieve the idea of being a burden to his family and friends, and be able to go through this rough time, we would both very much appreciate it.

There is no certain date yet how long the confinement is going to be but I promise you that all the amount will end up being used for his medical expense, and if there is any excess amount, we will be donating it to medical organizations devoted to saving people in this pandemic.
