HELP LOLO MARIO BUILD A HOME

Meet Lolo Mario, an 85-year-old senior citizen whose house was devastated by the current typhoons and now lives in a pigsty. Yes, in a pig’s den. He has been living alone for a while now after the death of his twin brother.

He used to fix shoes for a living and it has been really hard for him since the start of this year, January was when Taal Volcano erupted, followed by the countrywide lockdown due to Covid-19 and now, the recent typhoons. Since then, he has been dependent on any types of donations like food and clothes. He’s not allowed to work for himself yet because of our Covid restrictions to senior citizens.

If there were no food donations, there’s no food to eat. Right now, his “home” had to be covered with galvanized iron sheets and he sleeps on a pile of carton.
