Help Liv Fight Cancer

Liv De Guzman is only 11 years old, loves school and has a lot of dreams for the future.

Last June 2016, Liv suddenly felt ill and could not breathe properly, her parents rushed her to the hospital and was confined for almost 3 weeks to undergo some series of tests.

July 2016, The doctor revealed that Liv has Burkitt's Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She was initially presented with stage III disease and was due for chemotherapy after diagnosis and when staging was established. Due to financial reasons, she was not able have the first chemotherapy treatment. Four weeks after the diagnosis, she went back to the doctors with bone marrow involvement and she is now, stage IV. Chemotherapy was then initiated using Advanced Stage Disease. For the next phase of her chemotherapy, Liv will need a very big amount of money for her medications, laboratory tests, antibiotics, intravenous fluids, etc. Bills are piling up and the family is running against time to save Liv.

Note: Liv De Guzman is my Goddaughter. Despite her condition, Liv is still hopeful. I can see through her eyes the will to live and achieve her dreams and will fight until the end.
