Help little rex get surgery

Hi, my name is Rex.    I didn't always look like this. i recently got lose from my pen in my owners home and managed to get onto the streets. i could hear the noise from other dogs barking near by and decided to go take a look. oh boy was i wrong to there. I was attacked by 3 rottweiler's. The attack lasted for 5 minutes and i was in serious pain. It was so severe that both my upper and lower jaw's are now gone and i am in need of surgery really bad. My vet said i need surgery before the risk of infection comes along and i might have to be put to sleep. I just want this pain to end and be the friendly pet i used to be.  Please if you feel you could help me get surgery even if it is only 10 euro it would make me be a happy go lucky pet again. So i ask if you feel you could help please do and to also share with your friends to try give me some support to get the help i need. Thank you all in advance, Rex
