Hi I'm Leonora 41 years old a mother of a 9 years old daughter. I am knocking at the door to your heart to help me Hospitalized. I started to get sick since 2019. Supposedly, I have to be admitted last December 2, but I was financially incapacitated. I have to undergo 3 surgeries Thyroid goiter, kidney stones and gall bladder stones. I am hoping for your willingness to help. My daughter needs me no one will take care of her but only me. I hope you could help me so that me and my daughter can live together.Thank you
