Help Khalid

Hi ! We are raising funds for my 3-year-old son, Khalid Faridoon. My son is the most beautiful thing that ever happened to us, he is the treasure of our life. He makes us laugh without even saying a word, never let us keep the frown for a minute.

A few months earlier my son was diagnosed with DCM (Dilated Cardiomyopathy). I can't explain how it feels when someone tells you that your only son needs to undergo a Heart Transplant on an emergency basis. For days I couldn't believe if it was real, I wished if it was just a bad dream from which I will snap out any moment. Days passed, my wife and I wife barely spoke to each other, I guess we both were trying to digest the fact that we could lose our most valued treasure to some stupid disease that we had never imagined.

I have seen my baby boy losing his strength every day, the same boy who used to run around the house making a mess with me and my wife running behind him. He has been hospitalized for over two months now and it is never easy to see my son suffering from such horrible pain, I wish I could trade his life for mine.

He is receiving treatment at Fortis Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Naidu, India. I'm a freelancer and We have exhausted all our savings for his treatment so far. He needs to have an urgent Heart Transplant, his treatment will cost approximately Rs. 25,00,000 (USD 30000). It's been a tough time for us to manage funds for his treatment and we have already spent everything we had.
