This won’t be possible without you guys! Help Kathrine fight against LUPUS & Dialysis support

Dear My Love ones,

I don't know how to start this, but I'm reaching your good heart for my cousin who's having medical condition on her kidney which they called LUPUS (Lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease that can damage any part of the body (skin, joints, and/or organs inside the body) diagnosed when she was 15 years old and started dialysis at her age 17 until now.

Her name is Kathrine Mendoza, by God's beautiful heart we became cousins and like treasure for me. She wants to become a successful model or accountant but due to her condition it wasn't possible now. What so many can't take for granted, she wants your love, your help to fight her LUPUS and live at least a normal life.

We always have conversation in messenger, what follow perhaps the saddest part of my life seeing her and hearing from her that she doesn’t know how long she will stay alive on this beautiful world. I will never forget whenever we rushed her to emergency room and she almost died. I keep telling her to stay strong and have faith on him he will help in every struggle of her life.

Kathrine lives in Olongapo City with her brother, sister and mother who is arthritic. She's is a strong woman who work for her 2-3 times a week dialysis. She's doing her best with very few resources. She has grandmother who's working abroad as caregiver who help her also financially but unfortunately at this moment she’s trying to look for another job and every time she had interview they almost denied her because she’s almost 70 years old. I created this letter to help Kathrine to fight LUPUS along with your good hearts. There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.

The first step is help Kathrine maintain her dialysis session 2-3 times a week worth 2,200 pesos per session. For her medications and diet and any medical attention she needed. Normally she has 90 sessions per year to be consume for her dialysis from PHILHEALTH but since she had emergency dialysis more often, 90 sessions were consumed very fast last September. Now there is 3 months left in year 2016 (Oct-Nov-Dec) which she really needs to pay on her own plus her grandmother lost her job. I’m knocking on your hearts. I know someone out there are willing to help friends, relatives, and even strangers.

Right now all I can say is thank you to everyone that are willing to help us. With your time, money, generosity and encouragement. I cannot thank you enough for helping her fight her LUPUS.

Lastly, if given a chance Kathrine is needing a KIDNEY transplant to live a normal life. This is a big help for her to fight her LUPUS and with your help we can make it possible!

It's so rare to get an opportunity to affect so much change one life. Please don't think that any amount of money is too small, to be honest, even any amount it's plenty. It's totally a big help! I believe there are enough people who care for Kathrine and we will pass this goal!

Kathrine is going to church alone every Sunday if you like to see and talk to her and give her encouragement just message her and you will see how beautiful and kind-hearted she is.
