It’s been a long journey. Junior, at 19 months old, has come from far. His mother lost her job while she was only 2 months pregnant and shortly after, his father deserted his mother. She has been holding on but now she needs more than just enough to get by. There are days when Junior goes without milk and the last time his mother was able to buy diapers was about four months ago. She tries to her level best to provide for her son. She makes about $150 - $200 a month doing freelance online jobs. You can see her profile at Elance and Helium. This amount of money is too small for a single mother who is single handed raising a child to get by. It’s by God’s grace that Junior enjoys a good healthy life. His mother is forever grateful. He does not get sick except for the constant cold that he has. That may be attribute to the fact that he s subjected to very cold nights because; without diapers, he wets his bed and sleeps on the wet beddings until his mother realises he is wet. Junior’s mother is convinced that with a little assistance, Junior could lead a normal life. She came up with the following plan and she knows it will work.

  1. She needs to make more money. If she could cut back on the trips to the grocery store, she will create more time to work and that will translate to more money made. For this to be possible, she needs a fridge; that way she could go grocery shopping once a week and stock up the fridge. This can save her two and a half hours a day which translates to ten hours a week. This could fetch Junior’s mother an additional of $100-$400 a month.
  2. To be more efficient, she needs to upgrade her internet connection and fix her computer. She made a post about the frustration she is having with her computer at Bubblews http://www.bubblews.com/news/342761-double-trouble.
  3. Like as if that is not enough, she recently had a great loss.

"It is with deep regret and sorrow that I announce demise of my close companion http://www.bubblews.com/news/609325-it-is-with-deep-regret-and-sorrow-that-i-announce-demise-of-my-close-companion

It is with deep sorrow I announce the demise of my close companion. We have been together for several years now; close to five years now. I remember when we first me, everyone was happy for me. My dear beloved companion elevated my social status from zero to hero. OK, not really but my communication skills were enhanced in a great way that I cannot begin to explain right now.  He finally succumbed to the mighty fall he had about a year ago. Since then, he has been having one breakdown after another until this evening Tuesday, 04 June 2013 when he finally gave up the fight to live on.  Now that he has gone, I will not be able to communicate the normal way; my mouth piece has been cut off and my ear damaged. I will greatly miss you; life will be hard now but I will find a way to forge forward. So long my friend, so long my Nokia handset.

PS: I will be out of touch until I acquire another phone. “

She has a dream to start up a small business. Currently, she is dong a feasibility study and will soon come up with a business plan and business proposal.

This money is capable of changing Junior’s life for better. His mother will be very happy and grateful to all the assistance that will be accorded to her.  If she gets this money, she will be able to fix everything and Junior will be a happy cheerful baby!
