Help Jordan purchase his first property

I live on the beautiful island of Trinidad. I found a lot and a half of land for sale in the northern range of the country, in a village named Paramin. It has a beautiful sea view. I inquired about the property and it cost roughly around $300,000 TTD. It would be a dream to purchase this property and build a wooden cabin to start a simple life. A dream I intend to make a reality. I consider myself to be humble but a dreamer nevertheless.

I would like to also share this dream with others such as family and friends. Later on, I would like to construct another cabin on the same property so that it can be a place for tourists or visitors can just stay as a nice hideout away from the busy life to just relax and unwind. This will greatly benefit me, someone who wishes for a place to call their own and contribute to the tourism of my country as Trinidad has a lot to offer in eco-tourism. I don't know how long this opportunity will be available for, I'm estimating 6 months (for the most). that is why your urgent support would be needed and most appreciated. Whatever contributions can be made, even if it is $1 or $5 it will add up.
