Hello po!
Ako po si Joel Mejico, isang CKD Stage 5 patient at kasalukuyang nag da-dialysis sa Muntinlupa. Ako po ay kumakatok sa inyong mabubuting puso na sana matulungan pong makapag ipon ng sapat para sa aking Kidney Transplant. Sa ngayon po ay ang aking donor ay ang aking nanay at kami po ay approved na at compatible sa isat-isa. Kahit sa magkanong halaga ay napaka laking tulong na po sa amin.
