Jillian’s Fearless Battle

This fundraiser is for our niece, Jillian Grace Mariano. A bubbly eight-year-old girl from Bulacan, Philippines.

She was diagnosed with STAGE 3 RHABDOMYOSARCOMA in 2016. It is a rare type of cancer that forms in soft tissue — specifically skeletal muscle tissue or sometimes hollow organs such as the bladder or uterus. RMS can occur at any age, but it most often affects children.

A doctor once told us that this type of cancer is not easy to treat because it's in her muscle, but we remain positive that she'll get through this with God's grace and love. She had been cancer-free for eight months and it, unfortunately, relapsed once again. This is the third time.

We would love to seek financial help for her chemotherapy sessions. It's going to be weekly for a year. Each session costs 30, 000 pesos ($600).

We're knocking on your kind and generous hearts to help Jillian with this challenging battle. Any amount would be a great help for her hospital bills. Her parents are also doing their best in taking good care of her and gather more funds to be able to finance her chemotherapy sessions.
