Im Jharren Chazse..4 years old from Paniqu Tarlac.I was diagnosed to have VSD, a heart condition that requires a heart operation.My doctor said we have to raise 500,000. pesos for my operation as soon as possible..but sadly we dont have that big amount..so we can't afford my medical expenses,We already seek help to Government agencies but unfortunately it takes years or much longer time before they can give the help we needed.That's why I'm seeking help for your kind heart..so I can live a normal life.Any amount would be certainly a great help and we sincerely appreciated.And me and my family are thanking you in advance.
