Help Jennette Fight Her Illness

My name is Arthur "Boy" Mendoza and I am writing this letter in behalf of my sister, Jennette Mendoza Lee who is suffering from unknown disease. We're raising money to help Jennette alleviate some of the financial burden associated with medical and maintenance cost so she can live normally again! Anything you can help with is much appreciated.

She is Jennette Lee, 54 years of age, single parent of two and lived in the Philippines. She has an illness that gives her pain all over her body. Her muscles are terribly in pain that her arms and legs lose strength and coordination. Her feet and ankles become weak and becomes worsens everyday. Her fingers are already beginning to curl. she is now have difficulty in swallowing and breathing and the worse, she permanently lost her voice. She can only manage to communicate through sign language. Her muscles are weakening as the days go by and unable to swallow food.

Due to financial constraints, She had been to the Physician in our local town only once, and the Doctor says that the symptoms are rare and needs thorough laboratory test and examination. According to the doctor she need a series of medical tests to confirmed the disease. But the medical tests and maintenance drugs are very expensive that even her daughters cannot afford to augment such expenses.

I am appealing for your help dear brothers and sisters, She really wanted to live longer for her daughters. She's a single parent supporting her daughters working abroad as an Overseas Filipino worker (OFW). And now she felt so helpless,useless and miserable. Any help will do. She badly need medical tests, maintenance drugs,milk, adult diapers, used wheelchair will do, bedpan and any other help that you would like to share. I will gladly appreciate it very much!
