Help in fighting kidney failure

Year 2012 when I was diagnosed to have an End-stage renal disease. I was 24 years old, active, working and enjoying life like any other young professional does. But all of that changed when the doctor told us that I have a stage 5 kidney failure and I have to go through dialysis to survive. Eversince then I am on hemodialysis. Its a constant battle - physically, emotionally and financially. There are times I feel totally okay then in just a snap of a finger, I can be in pain. Because of the my renal failure, i am limited to what I can do. I tried going back to work so I can help my mom with the expenses and maintenance of my health and medication, but my body and heart cant take the stress anymore. My mother is 64 yrs old and devotes all she can with all my medical expenses by using her pension, which is not much. She goes around the village selling vegetables and meat. And thats the only source of income we have. Our savings has been drained and we are struggling financially. Me and my family is reaching out to you, humbly asking for help.
