Help ill baby and mother return to homeland

My ex colleague of mine arrived from India in 2017 but got cheated of agent fees for permit and end up overstaying. We were working together in a nursing home.

on 15th june 2020, she delivered a baby boy who has a 3.3mm hole in the heart and suspected with down syndrome but awaiting test results. Her name is navdeep. She is left to fend for herself as her husband returned to india before the border closed as he suffered from kidney stones and urinating blood. More sadly, she's just living in a small room at a shop lot in pj old town. I manage to get ration supplies and packets of milk for baby n volunteer to drive her for appointments.

The baby now has appointments and follow up at tmn medan clinic and ppum which costs rm40-60 each time and has ECHO appointment as well.

We are aiming to send her back to india by August but Her fine alone could be rm3100 to immigration

Flights around 2k per person including quarantine fee payable to indian high commission.
