Help Hummo Get Treated in Veterinary Clinic and Pay Hhis Bills

I need help and advice, my cat does not eat and drink, I took him to the veterinarian yesterday, the doctor said he had to be admitted because he was dehydrated and with high body temperature, checked his blood and the resut of his LY, GR and PLT is not normal, he need to be admitted in the vet clinic but I could not afford the bill so I just chose to ask for a prescription of medicine and only treat him at home. This morning he was breathing deeply and still not eating. What should I do? Please help. Thank you
