Help him to be a programmer

This is a short story about him. I live in Bangladesh. We are very good friends. His name Hasibul Santo. His family is not able to fulfill his needs. He has well knowledge of android but he doesn't have a phone. With the intention of his peak, his friends embrace the knowledge of technology from mobile. Besides, he continued his studies too. Now the family will have to catch him because his father is old. So by getting government approval, he is now learning computer programming after getting the merit. But he does not have enough money to buy the computer. I myself too are dependent on my family. So I can't help him. She is a burning talent. If someone helps him, he can take responsibility for his family. The eldest son in his family also has a younger sister. His sister reads in class 3. He has to bear the cost of her sister's education. This time he needs help.
