Harvey's found out the he is a candidate for Cochlear implant. They found out that his both ears are sensorineural loss., Which means he cannot hear us. He's turning 3 this September. We want as a parents that he could live him as a normal kids that can talk and express their feelings and emotion. Through help of yours.
