I found Harley tied with a metal Chain full of ticks and wounds and incredibly hungry.
I bought him off the bastard who had him and we have been trying to help him ever since.
He is very sweet and smart and amazing with people. However, he hates other dogs.
Now he had a chance to fly where he can get the rehab he needs.
