Help HABAGAT barks again as he suffer from a severe cough, he can't bark anymore. He needs a medical attention from veterinary but.I can't afford to pay the veterinarian for all the cost of his medication. I can't let him suffer for longer and be gone for lifetime if I just let him in this health condition.
