Help Grandmother

My Grandmother needs an operation, she has heart problems. I understand, she is old, and we all pass away sometime, but she is really kind person, and always helped others. I would like to prolong her time for as long as it is possible. The problem is that she is Ukrainian, and in their hospitals you have to pay for EVERYTHING, even for the cotton when they make a regular injection. We cant't transport her to Latvia, because she may not survive the road. Would appreciate any help.
