Help Grace to have a HEALTHY HEART

My youngest sister Catherine Grace Cuaresma is in need of funds for her heart surgery. She was born with Atrial Septal Defect. When she was 2 years old her doctor was not advising any surgery because her body is weak. The doctor even said that her heart will stop beating when she turns 12. We are thankful that she's still with us today and she's 17 years old.

But this time, she needs an urgent surgery. If not, she may have a stroke anytime soon because her heart is getting weaker and it also affects her lungs (pulmonary edema).

Our family is not capable to support her surgery. This is why we are trying to reach out to everyone's heart to help my sister and our family to raise a fund.

We want her to grow lovely as she is right now. We hope she can have a normal life with a strong and healthy heart.
