Help Fund our Indie-Game Studio Start-up

About Myself :

My name is Tathagata Guha Ray and i am here to raise funds so that i can create my own indie-game studio along with my small team. I am from Kolkata, India and currently i am a student but, making software and games on computers is where my knowledge and love truly lies. My parents are unable to provide enough funds required for my purpose because of course it's too expensive and also because our family's financial status is not quite good. As a result, crowdfunding campaign is my final hope.

About the Project :

Creating games and other useful applications requires a lot of computational power and my current laptop is not enough to handle that gigantic amount of workload. We are going to use the funds provided to us to buy exactly 2 computers of Rs. 2,50,000 ( $ 3375 ) each and the rest is going to be used to buy paid software enabling us smooth workflow for this project and upcoming ones. We could also use the funds to launch a private web domain for our studio, a one-stop solution for buying our software and related things.

Why Donate at all ?

The reason why you should contribute is because we believe that we can create software for the masses that is mostly very cheap or totally free for everyone and also by NOT compromising on quality, even software that are subscription-based by many companies. For Games, we intend them to be for all age groups and still be as good as any other major title. Games are meant to be of AAA-quality. We also mean to release various software and games for all OS platforms like Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, PlayStation and Xbox. Other than games we will eventually create visualisation software which can be integrated to different fields such as Architecture. Simulations can also be performed for better understanding of students in their studies for topics which are difficult to mentally visualise, for example, Complex 3D molecule structures in Chemistry or Complex Mechanical Systems in Physics.
