Hello!
If you've known me for a length of time or follow me on social media, you find that I'm, more than half the time, always talking yoga. Since discovering yoga about 3 years ago, it has been so enriching to me and to the others I have begun to teach here in Lagos. I would like to be able to teach more and on a larger scale but I can't safely do so without certification.
The RYT-200 course that Aura Wellness Center offers is the most affordable and comprehensive I have found so far. With your help, I'll be able to teach the joys of yoga to more and more people in Lagos and beyond.
