Help Fund Bill For Heart Surgery

Hello dear friends,i put this campaign to help my niece who was born with a heart problem and needs an open heart surgery to get her well,she is only four years old,can't attend school or play with the rest of her kids because of her condition,the bills are a burden to the family since the mother is a single parent catering for two other siblings and cannot afford to raise the bill on her own,we urgely ask anyone to help put a smile on this child and build lovely future for her thanks.
