Help from an Ecuadorian to an American amigo

Hi, I'm jefferson Avilez, I'm 22 years old and I live in Ecuador which is my home country. I have an American friend by the name of James Peacock he is 24 years old. He came to Ecuador 2 years ago, We have become good friend since The day I met him even though we live in two different cities.

Life has been rough for him , but now he's going through a big challenge. His ACL torn and he is in pain every single day. Without much money to get physical rehab he has done everything he can on his own.

He needs to get surgery in order to get better but he has not much money for the surgery. his stills going to work to at cheese store, even though he needs to rest his leg in order to heal, but he says the surgery won't pay for itself.

This whole situation has make him feels depress. I don't want to see my friend like that, So I'm here asking for you to help me to help him. Whether is with your donations or if you can make the surgery happen in the USA that would be great too.
