HELP FOR BABY YVAN CALIMLIM

Hi, I'm baby Yvan, who was born premature, and still suffering from the complications of Respiratory Distress Syndrome. I now have BronchoPulmonary Dysplasia that I can't breathe without medical oxygen. I need to have more follow up check and tests regularly. I am given monthly maintenance and most of the time antibiotics. 

Please help my mom spread the love and help. I want to spend more time living. All your help is appreciated.

Created this page to help Baby Yvan get all the support he needs for his medicines, daily supplies, formula milk supplies, oxygen support and daily prayers.

1. Financial assistance - to support his daily needs, medicines, oxygen support, monthly check up (Neonatologist, Pedia-Pulmonologist, Pedia-Cardiologist, Pedia-developmental)

2. Medicall needs: 
-Neonate nasal canulla
-Oxygen refill
-70% Alcohol, syringe, nebulizer kit mask, facial mask
-Vitamins (Heraclene, Cherifer drops, ferlin drops, e-zinc,Ceelin drops)
-Salbutamoil-Ipratropium solution, Seretide 25/125mcg
-Regular check up for BPD management to his Pedia-Pulmonologist and -Neonatologist
-Vaccines

3. Daily needs:
-Newborn diaper
-Clothes
-baby wipes

4. DG Goats milk (blue)
