Help fight my pneumonia

I have been battling this pneumonia for more than a month. At the moment, it was determined via ultrasound that my left lung still has 1 liter of water while my right has 300 milliliters.

I refused to be admitted to the hospital at the moment due to financial constraints so my nephro prescribed me an antibiotics instead that is so strong, it only took me 5 days to finish the entire cycle with a once a day capsule. Unfortunately, it still didn't drain out all the water in my lungs.

The next plan we had was to increase the treatment and increase the amount of blood to be treated. So, I now undergo treatment 3 times a week instead of two.

The increase in dialysis treatment took a toll on my body. My weight before which was 65 kilos is now down to 6o kilos. What's worse is that it takes a while for my blood to regenerate so my hemoglobin level is now below average causing me to have hypotension during dialysis.

This complication often caused my treatment to stop.Instead of the regular 4 hours, we are forced to stop it otherwise it could lead to a stroke.

Right now, we need to transfuse at least one bag of blood to increase my hemoglobin level. Each bag costs Php 3,200.

I know I've asked from you and I appreciate that very much but I would appreciate anybody who could help again. The extra money might allow me to drain the water from my lungs directly--another procedure where they insert some type of hose in me to flush out the fluids once and for all.
